Chorizo and salchichón (longaniza) in two into one. Pedragosa breaks the mould with an "achorizado" longaniza that in shape, curing and compacted texture is traditional Catalan longaniza but in color and in the mouth it is disguised as chorizo and highlights the spicy paprika. Two in one of great merit and quality without discussion.
Since 1916, Pedragosa is family-run business with a tradition for over 100 years making pork delicatessen. They offer some of the best handmade sausages of Catalonia.
