Sánchez Romero Carvajal´s 100% Iberian acorn-fed chorizo is made exclusively with meat from its own free-range livestock.

The pieces of meat are selected from the best lean meat, such as the shoulder cuts. The seasoning, prepared according to the original Jabugo recipe, has a lower paprika and salt content, which enhances its flavour. Cured in the traditional way, the result is a unique and recognisable texture that melts in the mouth.

It won the Superior Taste Award 2021 with 3 Gold Stars awarded by the International Taste Institute.
