Made according to a family recipe using goat's milk. Coated on the outside with natural paprika (obtained from drying and grinding red pepper), it gives the cheese an attractive reddish colour, as well as a very special aroma and flavour.
The combination of the creaminess of goat's milk and the flavour of natural paprika is one of the best possible combinations in cheeses.

Aromas in the mouth of medium-high intensity to the animal family, goat's milk and in the dairy family, yoghurt, butter... Slightly acidic and salty taste. Residual taste of medium-high intensity in clean goat, with hints of yoghurt. Mouthfeel: very easy to melt, soluble and slightly oily on the palate.
