Ecological artisan pasteurized goat´s milk cheese with an attractive appearance due to the presence of aromatic herbs, which gives it a characteristic forest smell, with the sajolida standing out above them.
The cheese interior is white, compact, closed and of soft paste with a delicate texture. In the mouth it is a very aromatic cheese made by the many herbs that surround it. The texture is delicate and tends to a creaminess that lengthens the taste of the cheese. The aroma is herbaceous, floral and intense, with plant notes characteristic of maturation.
