Traditional herbal liqueur elaborated by the previous maceration with a hot infusion afterward. The recipe is composed of mint, fennel, aniseed and 5 other typical botanicals from the Island of Menorca.

It has a transparent green color, with hints of yellow. Its smell is Aromatic aromas of herbs and wild flowers, acid, citrus and spicy. Its taste is dry, complex, balanced, and balsamic body.  Spicy flavors, aromatic herbs, spices and citrus tones on the palate. Dry and persistent finish.
