1 litre of Aneto Cooking base for Valencian paella (caldo con sofrito para paella Valenciana), in tetra brik packaging, from the town of Artés (Barcelona), Catalonia.

Contains 1 litre of broth with only fresh and natural ingredients.  The only one in tetra brik format without concentrates, yeast extract or added flavourings.

Anetro fries the tomatoes in virgin olive oil over very low heat. Then seasons it with rosemary and a touch of saffron. Aneto adds all the meat and vegetables - rabbit, duck, snails, ferraura beans and garrofon beans - to the sauce. Finally, Aneto simmers these ingredients over low heat for over 2 hours and adds its own chicken broth.
