Water, fish 32% (rock fish from the Bay of Santa Pola 18%, monkfish, redfish), fried tomato (water, tomato concentrate, modified corn starch, sugar, sunflower oil, salt), crab, garlic, ñora, salt, natural coloring and flavorings.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
- Shake can 820 gr. (10/12 servings).
- Dilute the can of stock with 3 cans of water (using the same container as the stock) in a pot, bring to the boil and set aside.
- In the paella pan fry the pieces to taste (fish, seafood, etc.).
- Pour the diluted broth into the paella.
- Cook over high heat (fire/plate) until it starts to boil and add the rice (1000 gr), stir to homogenize and cook over high heat for 2/3 min.
- Reduce to medium heat and cook for approx. 15/16 min.
