To prepare 7 cremas catalanas (1 sachet):
1. Put 700 ml of milk in a saucepan. Add 1 sachet of crema catalana (28 gr), 4-5 tablespoons of sugar (80 gr) and dissolve.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until it begins to boil.
3. Pour into containers and let cool for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Tip: Before serving the crema catalana, sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar (20 gr) and use a kitchen torch to caramelize the sugar. Instead of sugar, you can use 5 gr of Carmencita granulated saccharin to make the crema catalana. Add it at the end of cooking and stir well. Then, pour the mixture into the containers.
