An original goat's cheese that has been "soaked" in red wine. Produced in Murcia, enjoys an Appellation of Origin (DOP) status.
The cheese is made from pasteurised goat's milk from the Murciano-Granadina breed and has a creamy texture with a flavour that is clean, fresh and well-defined, typical of matured goat's milk cheese; slightly sharp in very matured pieces; no acidic or bitter flavours.
Rind bathed in wine produced in the Murcia region (D.O. Bullas) with a garnet-violet colour characteristic of red wine.
