33 cl bottle of La Socarrada Artisan premium toast craft beer brewed with rosemary and rosemary honey, from the town of La Font de la Figuera , Valencia.

Gastronomic beer brewed with rosemary and rosemary honey. Triple malt, double fermented, no gas added, unfiltered and unpasteurized. Beer that continues to mature in the bottle and with residual yeast at the bottom of the bottle is necessary for its evolution.

Alcohol content (ABV): 6º.  IBUS: 23

High fermentation beer, Winter Honey Ale style, brewed with barley malts, rosemary honey, hops and yeast. Beer with toasted tones, sweet and spicy with aromas of rosemary and honey. Socarrada is brewed with only water, malts, hops, top-fermenting yeast, rosemary and rosemary honey.

It is brewed without any additives (according to the German purity law of 1516), unfiltered and unpasteurised, in a completely artisanal way, which guarantees the quality of the product.

Tasting notes: Reminiscent of a Bockbier-style beer, without the smell of alcohol. Remarkable freshness. There is also a very discreet hint of wood, possibly due to the yeast. It is very evident and dominated by the rosemary profile with its toasted bread and wet bread crust scents. On the third tasting, notes of cherry, caramel, pear, and black pepper appear. Discreet bitterness. Just the right amount of effervescence, with a noticeable persistence of the toasted malt profile on the sweet side. Slow and persistent return of dryness.very high-quality beer with a very careful and therefore well-achieved malt profile. Very interesting in "hot" tasting and pleasant in "cool" tasting. Balanced although the rosemary profile prevails.

Food pairings: Hams, pâtés, vegetables, pork, grilled meats, and very tasty fish. A dish that goes perfectly with it is a fig and foie gras coca, rice dishes of all kinds, as well as Valencian paella with its rosemary aromas.
