33 cl can of Turia Märzen de Valencia toasted beer (cerveza tostada), from Valencia.
Beer style: German amber lager. ABV: 5,4%
Turia is a toasted beer of amber hue with reddish reflections, persistent and very aromatic foam. In the mouth it stands out for its structure and balance, for its toasted character with citrus notes and a good freshness.
Turia is made with roasted malt obtained through a roasting process similar to that of coffee. This ingredient gives Turia its characteristic amber color with reddish hues and notes reminiscent of toasted bread.
The fact that it is a roasted beer does not mean that it is a strong beer. Just as toasting a slice of bread gives it a different but not stronger flavor, the same thing happens with beer. The bitter touch provided by the hops and its light citrus and spicy notes make Turia a fresh beer.
Turia is a fresh beer with a good presence in the mouth, where toasted cereal notes prevail. Its aromatic richness and lightness make it ideal to accompany our gastronomy as well as any type of tapas and appetizers, especially those with intense flavors.
In the spring of 1935 a group of friends passionate about beer founded Cervezas el Turia in Valencia. Among all the varieties of the brewery, Turia Märzen managed to endure over time thanks to its genuine character...
