Polo has been producing fartons since 1939. Originally, the idea was of creating a bun to accompany a horchata drink (the tigernut milk). This was the beginning of what we know today as Fartons.

Wheat flour, lard (pure pork sain, stabiliser: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, antioxidants: natural extracts rich in tocopherol), sugar, pasteurised egg, pressed yeast, fondant (sugar, glucose syrup and water), gluten, salt, egg albumin powder, palm vegetable fat, emulsifier: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, flavouring. May contain traces of milk, nuts, soya and peanuts.
