Appearance: The interior has a beige-coloured paste, the result of a delicate blend of milks. Numerous eyes of medium and large size are evenly distributed. When the paste is broken by hand, the irregular, shiny curd grains can be seen next to the eyes or hollows, with the original size determined in the production process.
Aroma: Lactic aromas with hints of yoghurt and cream, rounded off with hints of sweet butter. It has a very deep and persistent aromatic profile with an important aftertaste of cinnamon and toasted milk.
Taste: Sweet flavours with hints of nuts and cinnamon, and lactic hints. Creamy notes emerge with hints of goat (primary aromas).
Texture: The paste is very creamy, melts on the palate, and has a certain elasticity.
